Conditional gift deed

a plot has been gifted to my father through conditional gift deed. he has constructed a house and now after his demise without any will, what will be the fate of the house? can we the legal heirs claim it or can the donor revoke the deed if the conditions are not met?

Your father was gifted a property with condition. what is that condition? document of Gift need to be verified to offer opinion. consult an able counsel of your area with the material.
