Compromise or hostile

Hi Experts,

I am facing accusatins in 354 A and D and as it is false case  complainant came for compromise and unfortunately her stament has recorded.Now magistrate told her statement is recorded and asked my lawyer to  compromise in cross. Now at this juncture will it be hostile in judgement copy or compromise can we compromise after cross .

Please let me know.

She has given astatement that i am sending vulgar mails to her at work place and her husband is the witness at work place as such she has been harrased.

Rule 3 of Order XXIII speaks about "compromise " 

"She has given astatement that i am sending vulgar mails to her at work place and her husband is the witness at work place as such she has been harrased."

You can make her hostile witness and get acquitted. Discuss with your advocate about the procedure and proceed as per his advise.
