Hi All... My Brother got severe head ache and got paralyzed while working... He is working in a very big MNC... Then after 40 minutes the company called for an ambulance and admitted him in a hospital.. He was declared as brain dead.. Is there any law to file a case against the company for their late and lethargic reaction?? Pls give me some ideas...

yes if the doctors have mentioned that due to late your brother has this effect then you can claim compensation from the company
immedietely consult a good lawyer in your city
