I am not satisfide with the conduvt of an Information Commission in Punjab as his track record is very poor,and I want that the matter may be placed before another IC.
Whar are the common grouds that I can take up for making a request for change in bench? Please advise. Thanks

1. 'Prejudice' to my case
2. 'Fair Play' suspicion if present IC hears my case.
