Commercial lease

hi,

please help,

we r planning to take a shop on rent which is situated at batra  cinema complex,mukhargee nagar north delhi.

as per dealer detailed about property, that this is a builder transfer property and  only notary registered

agreement to sell,  is a document wich landord have. my question is-can we go for a 3years registered  

rent eagreement on d basis of those notary documents provided by owner.is it safe in respect of our security

deposit.

Since you are going for 3 years duration, it is advisable to go for registered agreement as this would give you all the rights to approach the court incase of any dispute arises with the landlord.

sir ,

thank u for your valuable advise, but my doubt is still un answered.

sir we also want to do registered court agreement but as per deed writer,  we can apply for registered court  rent

agreement

only in case, if landlord had done registered gpa of aforesaid shop/property.

only notary registered paper are not sufficient and safe for registered court rent agreement.

" do we need court registered papers of said property from landlord to sign a registered court agreement"

please guide us sholud we go for this or not because landlord is asking for cash transaction only. no cheque.
