I have been working as an administrative officer in a private kindergarten and primary school for 13 years. I am now 40 years old. I do not have any ESI PF. On June 21st, they deliberately blamed me and fired me.I worked from July 2011 to May 17, 2014. After that, I was fired. I was brought back to work on September 17, 2015 and worked until June 21. What can I do after this? They also paid me my salary and fired me. I don't know what to do now. Since it is July, they will not hire me in any school. The school will select people in January of next year and ask them to come to work from May. Similarly, they humiliated and fired the headmistress who worked there before I was fired. She is a pregnant woman. They torture those who have the highest salary in the school and dismiss them. If they do something to them, they will not harass anyone in the future. Even now, they bought me a SIM card while I was working at school. I bought a ration card in my name in 2021, but I have been using that SIM for four years, but they are forcing me to give them that SIM card and using their driver to chase me away.
