Hi I have property in cooperative hsg soc.which is on the name of my father who no more..share certificate also on the name 9f my father..now I want to sell property.but soc is in liquidation and chairman also not available. Can I I ell this property with trasfer certificate on my name?

The society is stated to be under liquidation, all assets and liabilities has to be taken over by Liquidator, you have no title or authority to sell it.
