Can we have Club House in Basement in the Apartment?

if the rules as on date of allotmemt/ auction/ sale do not restrict the use of basement , the basement can be use for club house.
If the useof basement is restricted then it can not be used.
The use of basement is to be defined in the letter of allotment.

yes if the builder has the IOD for the same.
