Civil suit for not returning borrowed money

A known lady borrowed 2.65 lacs on the basis of trust . A lady has given blank stamp paper with sign and blank cheque without sign . Can we file a suit against her. As she is not returning money and interest.

Hi,

The stamp paper having signature and without content and not registered has no value.. and even the cheque not signed has no legal value. For the recovery, get the promissory note signed on the same stamp paper and also get the cheque filled in her handwriting and signed.
