A proprietor of a Chilt fund after receiving the last subscripttion from several persons told me that he has no moneyl to pay the amount and now absconding,No way to get the m;oney back What ils the proceedure to get the maoney back Is there any law relatied to CHIT FUNDS

Yes. There is a law. Chit fund businesses (Prohibition) Ordinance. Please go through it.
