Cheque stop payment

Hi I m a bussiness men and I will supply goods to clients in January 2018 my one client give me purchase order on my mail and demanding 18.3 lac goods and commit to give post dated cheque of after 75 day date . We are send goods though transport with bill and e-way bill also generated . Now after 75 days I represent cheque on bank they stop my payment . I also mailed you to my client but he is not responding . After stop payment I send a legal notice immediately Now i want to ask that is my money safe ?? And can I lodge 420 complaint in my police station against my client ?? How much time take by court for judgement mean how many hearings happen in 138 NIA??
