Dear Esteem Members,
A mother and her 2nd son are the Co-Owners of a Flat. Her husband is no more. She has one more Elder son and one daughter.
Her 2nd son is to be made the Sole Owner of the said Flat. His Mother is ready for the same. His elder brother has no objection for the same.
How can this be done and what shall be the Legal Procedure for making the 2nd Son the Sole Owner of the said flat?
