Change of state of land

Sir, There is a land mentioned in land document as "Taal" but presently the state of the land is plain agricultural land on which wheat and rice crops are being cultivated in each season. on the land bricks are aso kept for illegal construction.Sir, How can we get prove and can change the state of the land in document.
