Sir,
We are having a flat at hyderabad. When we purchased a flat in 2010 the registered document said that we had covered car parking. This apartment had only 9 flats. we are in the first floor. So far we adjusted with the other flat owners.
The entire building belongs to one old man which he had given each flat to his brothers and one sister. Among them one brother sold his flat to us. we dont have legal problems. We took a loan from LIC. The only problem is with car parking. Because in the cellar they have built a house and old man gave to his sister. So the parking space was very limited.
And my owner died one year back. How to solve this car parking issue. And the apartment does not have an association. Till now it was managed by every owner cooperation. But one owner is saying that he had selected his car parking and registered. So he is safe. He had two houses and he selected nice parking. Other parking areas are not allotted till now. The owners are threating us.
To be frank they dont have permission for cellar house. Now recently they applied in Hyderabad municipality and not yet solved.
How to get car parking kindly suggest with your valuable advice.
