Cancelling sale agreement

Hi, All 

I want to know I have got in to an sale agreement on the 31st December and  I have sanctioned loan from the bank on the 27th December, Now at the time Disbursement Bank said Due to some issues with the Builder. Bank refused to disburse the loan amount and hence i am in a trouble as I paid remaining amount to the builder. So can i cancel  the sale agreement and can I get my money back?

If the registered builder, you can bring to the notice to the builders association and submit your grievances. They try to solve it.

With reference to the terms and conditions as mentioned in the Agreement, you can cancel the Agreement with the builder and you will also get back your money. Issue a notice to the building conveying the cancellation and ask the builder to return the money paid.
