Dear Sir
I have purchased a flat in Palwal as a pre-launched scheme by the builder Piyush Epitome,palwal.I have paid 30 percent of payment till now,but there is no any progress in project.I talked to their executives several times about the cancellation of my unit,but he refused me.
Now i m very disappointed and don't want to to take flat in any circumstances.They are not ready to cancel my unit and not giving my money back.
On the other hand they are not ready to giving me allotment letter although 30% payment already given about one year ago.In that case please tell me what can I do.
