Sir I have constructed a flat with 10 portion. I had sold one portion to mr.xy with 25% advance and I registered the undivided share. but Mr.xy had not paid the balance of 75% of the amount. Mr. XY approaches me to cancel the sale deed and insisted to return the amount.
I agree to return the 25% of the advance amount without any deduction. the question is:
How to cancel the sale deed and can i register the revocation deed, Please help me to proceed
