Yes. So rest is with there that if any judge did something which was not in good faith, there should be a case to trial it.  If something will come before me I will sure like to examine it.  If denied than will try to do such provision.  Nothing is full and final.

We are not asking about IPC b'cous the law was prepared by  british ppl was made to help them and to threaten our Indians...

Right now the Judges are Indians and we Indians Worhsip Judiciary as god.... But unfortunately majority is misusing the Sec: 77 of IPC what to do......whos responsible and what happens to the victims as there is no chance of a Postmorterm.... Even though its there the same said group will be doing it.........

Judiciary is a independent body.No case can be filed against the Judge.If it could be  then a would never be able to give a judgement for the fear of punishment.

Judgment    based   on    Fabricated   &    False    Evidence...................The     JUDGE    must   give   a   reasoned    order    by    following     the    RULE   OF    LAW   &     Precedents.   If     the    Judge    will    not   follow    the    Judgment    of   the   HIGH   COURT    or    the    APEX   COURT..........then     he  will    be     liable     for    CONTEMPT    Proceedings..........is   not   it??
