Business listings on yellowpages site

Now a days yellowpages companies like Just Dial are providng information about business name, phone no. etc in their sites.

If they publish any information about a business without taking their consent, can that business person suit case against that company?

And whether any law provide that their specific consent is required?

Recent cyber laws provide restriction only on publication of personal information and not for businesses..

Not practical.

Law doesnot provide any specific consent.
