Dear Sir,
I am a member of a building in Navi mumbai which we have registered through non cooperation way as builder was not ready to do. We got building plan through RTI and could see society office shown in the map which builder has attached his shop and made one single unit and trying to sell. We have approached builder for our society office but he is not ready to give us. Can you please suggest how to proceed legally towards this?
