Builder is not giving possession of flat.

Hi,

After more than one year of execution of absolute sale deed builder is still not giving me possession of my flat.he has sealed both stair entrances and allowing us to enter the building for any extra work by elevator only.

Please advice what should I do?

This is very important question, I am looking forward someone will answer this.

I have heard my friends in the same situation. Could you also give more details like what is 'absolute sale deed' that is written between you and the builder ?.

By absolute sale deed I mean Deed of absolute sale which in general term we know as registry document for the flat.Please advice what should I do to get my flat .
