I bought a flat in under construction property in Navi Mumbai which is almost ready. Property didn't receive OC yet and I didn't take possession. I Have following questions.
- Can builder legally ask use to pay for maintenance even if OC is not received?
- Can builder legally ask use to pay for maintenance if OC is received but I did not take the possession of the flat?
- When exactly I am entitled to pay the maintenance?
- Builder is also asking me to pay electricity bill which is above Rs 30000. I don't know if its for my flat or for common usage. in any case, is it legal?
