Boundary dispute

Hi, We have a property a 30 by 40 plot constructed house. Our neighbor recently started renovation and we have got some details from some external sources that he might be using bit of our space to help him build a Piller. They had a compound constructed before we started building our property so they are planning to build a Piller adjacent to that. But underground they are planning to use our space. We are monitoring it if anything of that sort happens. What is the best way to stop them. The problem is our aged parents live in that property and we live abroad. So don't know how can we handle this. Thanks for any suggestions.

Your apprehension that the neighbour would be using your space underground your building seems to be totally unwarranted.  This is because, if they have to use your space underground,  they cannot do it without disturbing your foundation.  That is an highly risky proposition, which I think they may not undertake.

If they do so, you can give a complaint to the local municipal authorities. On the basis of your complaint they enquire and take action on your neighbour. But inform to the municipal authorities with evidencial proof. No apprehension complaint.
