Hi.. my husband working in a pvt software concern in chennai. strength of the concern reduced as 10 from 80. Employer not treating well in terms of no increments for more than a year, performance incentive amount not given properly, no carrier growth, using bad words to scold employees in front of others without consider about their experience and age, giving lots of mental pressure. If an employee holds an offer then not relieving on time. threaten and got bond from employees. Salary pending and more issues in this concern. Don't know how to handle this guys with poor employees. Totally 5 to 6 employees suffered a lot. Please consider this and provide a good solution. Totally the employer trying to collapse all those future. Lots of frustration..
