BMRDA Approved Layout

I purchased a site in an BMRDA Approved layout with Bank approval for loans in 2004. When I checked the original mother deed it is having following information - The land got purchased by SC darkas land auction grantee in 1950 and then used for Agriculture by paying Land taxes and also did podi of land by the purchaser till 1982 and then sold to another purchaser in 1982. Also in the mother deed mentioned land is not transferable under land act 1978. This land got converted in DC conversion in 1997 and BMRDA Approved Layout in 2004.Please suggest is there any issue to sell or construct in the site due to the land status before 1950.Is there any other documents need to collect like Saguvali chit
