what is the binding on wife, if rcr of husband is allowed by court. similarly what is the binding on the husband if rcr of wife is allowed. will there be any police interference and force to drop wife/husband and can the court order as above? If the husband or wife does not accept rcr, will they be penalised or forced? By staying forcibly for one day and files 498a or DV what will be fate of the husband and his other family members? Why the court is lenient with these two different aspects, i.e. sanctioning rcr to one and giving chance to her to file the above cases?
