BDA Site is alloted in 1968, and the possesion of the site is Alloted on 1978. BDA strictly put a condition not to sell the Property for ten years i.e till 1988, But the alotee over ruling this sold the same property on 1983.
after that i.e in 1984 corporation has taken over, it has become Corporation site.
now we want to purchase the site with Building, we got all the documents except the Absolute sale deed.
Owner is saying that he cannot obtain Obsolute sale deed atr any cost.
now he says that he can Give us Endoresement Certificate from BDA and NOC from BDA is Endorsement + NOC are equal to Absolute Sale Deed?
what is your opinion, can we purchase this property?
