I have purchased a vacant site measuring 30*40 in a private layout in Bengaluru Kalkere area (complete betterment charges paid by the builder for whole 1.28 acres of land & obtained clear A Khata, DC conversion & BDA NOC. That layout has around 60 plots).
Now BBMP AROs saying they do not have 'order' for khata bifurcation, so they cannot give A Kahta for our individual sites.
Can you please guide us how to get a A khata & What is the process, terms and conditions for khata bifurcation in this circumstance?
