Is furnishing the loan details alongwith the copies of the loan relevent documents including the copy of the loan agreement to the consumers after the sanction of the loan , mandatory for the banks and the non banking finance companies ? What is the law for this? In how many days after the sanction of the loan the banks should furnish the copies of those documents to the customers?
