Bank finance

In india nagar palika issue patta for 99 years for residential purpose ,can bank finance on these properties and if there are issues regarding mortgaze to bank

Hello,

You can very well mortgage the properties having nagar palika lease. Banks are mortgaging and financing the government long leasehold properties. Contact local advocate and show lease agreement for more clarity.
