In case you are the accused and based in Delhi, form no.45 is to be filled along with a copy of any asset that you may have in the form of FD, docs for ownership of vehicle etc.. Such form can be procured from any local stationary shop situated in court premises. Also do carry the original docs.of such asset as aforesaid. You would also require another person say a relative or a friend who would act as surety on behalf of the accused. A photograph of such surety and yours would be required to be pasted on such form, along with relevant particulars that are need to be filled. Also carry an ID proof of the accused as well as of person who shall act as his surety. On the date of appearance, the judge shall ask you to furnish such form no.45 also called bail bond, followed by which you shall be granted bail.
