Sir,
One case under NI Act was filed by a Branch Manager of a Bank. After filing the case the Branch Manager was transferred to another branch. On next/future hearing who will appear the hearing of the case--Originally the BM who filed the case or the present BM of the branch. Please clarify. Thanks

Person who is at present working as branch manager will have to attend the court proceedings with authority.
