Audio video recording as proof

is audio recording and video recording can be used against petitioner as I am defendent. Its a civil case. The petitioner has used blank loan document as a agreement to sell of my property in 2006 and put 5 years time on agreement. I have audio and video proof that he is my friend and giving me money time to time by cheque and taken all reciept in my hand writing.all reciept are signed by same pen by 3 witnesses in one day. for last five years in one day. In video i have proof that he has given me money as a friend to help me for the property but it was a trap of my mental condition. He is rich and good links there are already 400 cases of 138 and properties are in the court by him I am not that rich to afford lawyer. Although my property price is in crores. this case is civil court chandigarh. please email me urgent.

  Audio-Video recoprding is admissible as evidence if the following essentials are fulfilled.

 

1. The conversation should be relevant to the facts of the case.

2. There should be no possibility of tampering with the recorded conversation.

3. The voice of the speaker should be clearly identifiable.

4. The conversation should be audible and not distorted or damaged by background .
