Are judges intelligent ?

Can a Citizen file Criminal Writ Petition in 2005 with PRAYERS solely based on order passed by the MPID Court (Sessions Court) in his favor in 2006 ?.

According to 'Justice' A R Joshi and 'Justice' A M Khanwilkar of Bombay High Court - Indur Chhugani has done just that - And accordingly they proceeded.

- Do you think they have common sense like you ? - Or Are they more intelligent than you ? - Or Do you think their IQ levels need a check up ?

indur if you was not satisfy by the judgement then you can make an appeal against it , to criticise the judges in the public forum it attracts the offence of contempt of court .

You people are naive.

I filed appeals to Supreme Court and Supreme Court Judges hear only when you can get Counsels who charge Rs 10 lakhs and above for single days hearing . My appeals were dismissed in less than one minute.

Judges of High Court and Supreme Court including T S Thakur who will soon be CJI - completely forgot - No one should be

punished ( or made homeless) - before being found guilty of a crime.

Now such a man as this Shri T S Thakur is going to be Chief Justice of India for about 2 years.
