appointment during code of conduct

Dear queriest, there are some exemptions.  for instance, after selection of a post, there will be time to issue appointment orders in a particular time i.e. it may be 30 or 45 days or some period.  As the selection is completed and only posting orders in the time mentioned in the notification shall be issued.  So it will not come under "Code of Conduct".
