Learned advocates,
A case of my client relating to a property got dismissed on grounds of no cause of action, however the learned judge was erroneous in coming to conclusion,
Recently the said learned judge transferred, now i want to file review application before the same court,
However the order dismissing my case was 2 and half months ago....
Now can i file a review application along with condonation of delay application before new judge??
If yes, than is true that review application should be made on affidavits??
