when u appear before the court and your counsel presents his vakalatnama the date is given immediately, rather for every proceedings before trial courts (unless adjourned sine die) the date is given immediately.

stay order for criminal case from my opponent in high court.

my lawyer filed vakhalath 15 days back.

how to schedule date as early as possible?is there any way?

It depends on the courts where u hv filed Vakalath. Usually i ntrials courts, the court will fix the date of hearing. If it is too far, then ask your lawyer to file application for prepone the date. If it is filed before the High Court, usually it will be listed in due course. Ask your lawyer to file Memo for posting and it wil be listed as prayed for.
