Apartment cctv installation privacy breach

Hello, I have apartment in 20 years old 3 story building at the GROUND FLOOR. The building has no "Legal association" though. Recently they have decided to install CCTV camera in the ground floor which has my apartment with different main doors. They have not even asked for my view or my permission since only my house is in the ground floor I think they should. Its a conspiracy to just keep a watch on who is coming in my house at what timings. Now my question is... 1) Is these the violation of privacy since the camera will take footage of my drawing room side door and my bed room side door too. 2) If there is a privacy breach then how do I reply or react on the same. 3) Please suggest me the LAW under which I can counter the apartment decision and protect my right to privacy.
