Apartment builder and land owner cancellation of agreement.

Dear Lawyers, I'm Shaik Manzoor resident of Kurnool / Andhra pradesh.

We have a land and we entered an agreement with a builder to build apartments with 40:60 ratio of flats. Builder got 12 flats and we land owners got 8 flats.The agreement was registered and the Apartment construction is completed.

Builder sold 10 flats and 2 remaining with him. We have sold one flat and 7 we kept for ourself.

Now we would like to end the agreement and GPA with the builder since the construction is completed.

Please let us know the process of ending an agreement contract with the builder.

You can terminate a contract when you and the other party agree to. This can be either an express agreement or an implied agreement. Although you can expressly terminate an agreement verbally, it is recommended to do so in writing. Any implied agreement to terminate must be clear through the parties' conduct.
