XYZ app for daily morning products like milk, bread, eggs and vegetables etc and they have an option to subscribe or buy once. Subscribe is just for the frequency you need daily or for alternate days but this app is charging a mandatory service charge upon the per-item prices even you subscribe.
As per my knowledge, it's ethically wrong as it will be a burden for consumers end only because already consumers pay more due to food inflation and this service charges against it... rest comments your thoughts and suggestions below the chatbox.
