Anticipatory bail for 304b

Dear Learned Members,

Am going to send my wife summons of divorce, which includes the threats for suicide , Physical abuse and mental torture.

I dont mind getting 498A or DV, I have heart & time to fight it to the core and have evidences which may prove her wrong. I dont mind even sitting in jail for 7 days without mistake and my lawyer can work for getting AB.

But problem is she has suicidal tendencies which I have also mentioned in Divorce petition. How can I safe guard myself and family. Worst case if she commits, their family can fix me on 304 B.

What should I do before sending summons and informing her:

Option 1: Now itself apply for AB in lower court, let it get rejected no problem, I will have some information or intimation to judicial system.

Option 2: Give a preliminary complaint to police station without proof, then they will reject. I will go to JFMC and register a case.

What are my options?

or 304. You can seek AB only upon a case filed.
