Ancestral property rights

Dear All,

My Mother is a legal heir in our ancestral property at dadar. Currently my 2 uncles reside in the disputed property which is going under redevelopment. I would like to reserve my mothers right for which a legal notice is already issued to my uncles as they not willing to giver her share. My concern is before issuing a notice one of the uncle who is in good terms with us have misleaded my mother and took a signature on a NOC ( not sure ) by telling it is a policy document of bank.

  1. Can i Challange that document if i file a case in future.
  2. Can i file a fraud case against my uncle.
  3. will a unregistered document hold legal value.
  4. And can they remove my mothers right using that document
  5. Finally can i revoke that document i come to know what exactly it is

I will be more that grateful if some on gives me a expert openion on the same, As well as i looking at a good lawer for further assistance.

Awaiting a positive reply

Thanks and regards

No need to worry, ur mother has not executed any document to give up her right in said property. That is enough. U can even challange if any such document is brought. Just carry on with next proceeding after notice.

Thank you very much sir ... just for my understanding does "executed" means registered document or something else.
