Amendment in divorce laws

my mother and father filed a divorce petition under section 13B in which my father wrote that my mother cant have a claim in his property and other assets but till yet the divorce is not granted by the honorabe court.

so my question to all the lawyers out here is that can my mother get any benifit of this amendment in divorce laws which says that wife can have a claim in his ancestral and self-acquired property?
