We three persons purchased three plots in a HUDA tentative layout plots of each 300 sq yards. Now we three of us want to combine these three plots(300+300+300) and construct a stilt+5 Apartment by giving development to a builder. Now we have few questions,please clarify.
1) Can we merge our three plots of each 300 sq yards with three different owners having 3 different sale deeds and construct one stilt+5 Apartment in 900 sq yards ?
2) Can we get building permission for 900 sq yards by merging 3 plots 300+300+300 ? or should we apply independently for each 300 sq yards and build 3 apartments separately ?
3) As per our knowledge, as per Building rules 2002 amendment, Amalgamation plots is allowed only upto maximum plot size 100 sq mts and only allowed in old city and conjested areas only ? Is it true ?
