Alias name in rectification deed

Hi All,

My father purchased 4 acres of land from a person named Mahesh.

In 2010, Seller acquired 2 acres in survey number 140/A1 with his nick name Chakali Mahesh. (Surname based on his occupation)
In 2013, Seller acquired another 2 acres in survey number 140/A2 with his original name Pulla Mahesh. (Original surname)

My father out of minimal experience executed a single sale deed for 4 acres which mentions.

Seller Name : Chakali Mahesh (Seller gave ration card to proove his name)
Survey Number : 140/A1
Extent : 4 Acres
Link document : ABC/2010

My father forgot to mention the Alias name, survey number & link of another document which has another 2 acres.

Later we have paid money to the Seller and enterred in to Rectification deed by paying full stamp duty which mentions as following.

Seller Name : Chakali Mahesh (alias) Pulla Mahesh (He gave aadhar as a ID proof)
Survey Number : 140/A1 (2 Acres) & 140/A2 (2 Acres)
Extent : 4 Acres
Link Document : ABC/2010 & XYZ/2013

Did we do everything correctly? Can there be any issue in future? Seller didn't have affidivit to proove both are his names.

Atleast in my sale deed,  I have proofs for both the names (Chakali Mahesh & Pulla Mahesh). I can't prove both of them are same.

Regards
Saida
