Hello,
My father has purchased a agriculture land in 2007.The seller had around 30 acres land and we purchased 4 acres remaining he had sold to others.Now his son has registered a case saying its ancestral property against 22 owners who have purchased that 30 acres.Only in our case the seller has mentioned that this 4 acres is soley earned and purchased by his earnings and in the rest other 21 owners documents it not mentioned.
1.Does this 4 acre comes under ancestral property or no
2.how to tackle this
please help me as my father has gone open heart surgery and he is getting nervous
