Hi there..I am preparing to sell my house in India and the buyer has sent the attached Agreement of Sale for review before we formalise the agreement. I would greatly apprcaie if some one can please help me out here. Can any of the legal experts on this forum kindly review the document and advise if it is ok in terms of coverage? Is it missing anything? Many thanks in advance...

Hi,
one main thing was missing i.e., if the vendee not ready to get registered the schedule property with in the stipulated time, the agreement will be lapsed & he will be loosing some percentage of amount in the advance amount was not mentioned. thats it other then this is ok. and also calrify with the 10th point.
