My sister was in love and the guy used to spend a lot of time with her at my home. Finally on mom;s repeated coxing my sister and the guy got their marriage registered. The guy started acting viered after few months. Not giving my sister attention and hiding his calls and stuff. Then we got to know the matter that the guy is having an affair with his colleague and my sister could not bear it saying that she wasnt a product that he used for 5 years and now the validity is done. So my mom initiated talks with the guys family and got them married. After marriage teh guy asked my sister that he would want to come out of joint family and asked her to rent a house which she did . After that while my sister was living with him in that house, he always intimidated her saying that he isattracted to teh other female and my sister reminds him of her and tortured her mentally which she could not bear and came to my moms place for couple of days as she wasnt keeping well. Meanwhile the house owner calls up at 1 in the night telling my mom that the guy is living with this other girl who he gets while my sister is at work and they have locked them in the house. My sister went franticly and then found both of them there and teh guy kneeled and begged her not to make an issue out of it. She cudnt take all this and came off to my moms house and the owner asked her to vacate the house and the guy never responded to any of it while my sister vacated the house and moved to my moms. After 3 years that guys send us a court summon which only mentions that she should attend court and reads form11 rule 15 . We dont understand our options. The guy subjected her to lot of spending by asking her to buy him bike , a flat and what not ...Now my sister is drowned in debts trying to barely maintain her minimum necessities because of him. What are her options? what is this form all about? and can he be asked to pay compensation for all the torture my sister had to go through mentally , physically and financially. Please we desperately need advice and guidance. We have no moral or parental support. All we have is our mom and she has no knowledge of all this what so ever. Please help us.
