Adverse Possession

My name along with two married sisters (now deceased in 2012 &2017 ) was entered in khasra column as possessors on an agriculture land. Jointly mutated in names of two persons now deceased for 40 years. None of them and their heirs objected our possessions.
Now what are legal remedies for me with revenue authorities for a title in the land.
Can legal heirs of deceased sisters may be eligible for a title in subject land?
Seek legal advice and guidance step by step.

"None of them and their heirs objected our possessions."

Please understand that your possession remains as a Trustee for other legal heirs also and not yours alone.  No one can state for sure whether your deceased sister's legal heirs can claim their share or not, and yes..they are entiled for a share as their names were mentioned officially in a public document for years and without any objection.

The simple way is getting a relinquishment deed duly registered in your name.  But, this may unnecessarily get some problems.  Settlement by paying certain sums to them and getting such relinquishment deed is the simple way.

Always contact a local advocate for better guidance.
