In my APAR OF 2010-11 my reporting Officer graded me by 7.43 by my reviewing officer graded me by 3.95 and overall grade was "0" which is an adverse remarks for which I have not been comunicated by the department till date. At the time of GRANT OF 2ND MACP, DPC noticed that and my 2nd MACP has been abandoned.
What will be my legal proceedings ?
